Description

  • Name: Gipsy Danger
  • Model#: Prusa Mendel
  • Located in: Electronics Lab
  • Created by: a team of makerspace members
  • Obtained: March 2013

Important notes for using

  • Keep the bed clean and use fresh painter's tape
  • Make sure to watch the start of a print. If it's not sticking well, it may need to be adjusted
  • Never leave the extruder turned on without printing. PLA will crystalize if heated and left alone
  • If any strange problems occur that could damage the machine, let the manager know right away
  • The temperature meter and toggle switches do nothing (were previously for heated bed)
