Secure Workpiece & Bed: Ensure the workpiece is centered on the press bed and fully supported. Never use the press without ensuring the bed support pins are fully engaged.
Prevent Ejection: Use protective, heavy-duty shields when pressing items like bearings, as parts can be ejected at dangerous speeds. Do not use the press to compress springs.
Safety Equipment (PPE): Always wear safety goggles, gloves, and sturdy footwear while operating.
Inspection & Maintenance: Inspect the press before each use for bent, cracked, or leaking parts. Check hydraulic fluid levels regularly.
Operation Hazards: Never stand directly in front of a loaded press. Keep hands and feet away from the bed area, and do not leave a loaded press unattended.
Load Limits: Do not exceed the 20-ton capacity.
