Homestead Woodworking School 52 Bald Hill Rd Newmarket, NH Great selection of classes from Shaker boxes to Shaker Candle Stands. You can also reserve time to make your own project with their assistance. Alan Mitchel is the founder and is extremely knowledgeable and has a great shop with every jig imaginable. Classes fill quickly.
PETER GALBERT CHAIRMAKER The Mills at Salmon Falls Room 137 3 Front St. Rollinsford NH Expert chair maker specializing in Windsor chairs. Talented artist and inventor. Featured often in FWW magazine. Was on the cover of the May/June 2019 issue.
Allan Breed School of Woodworking 1 Front Street Rollinsford, NH 03869 and Teaching the design and construction of American 18th century furniture. Extremely talented specializing in 18th century carving techniques.
Epic Woodworking Baptist Road Canterbury NH Tom McLaughlin teaches classes live (in his shop as well as streaming) as well as has an archive of very affordable videos teaching the construction of several pieces of furniture. Sells plans online and has a Youtube channel hosting his own Shop Night Live at 8PM Thursdays with various step by step projects free. Has his own PBS show and is very personable.

The Furniture Institute of Massachusetts 116 Water Street • Beverly, MA 01915 A full time and part time school teaching several workshops for projects specializing in period furniture. Run by Phil Lowe who was the former head of the Furniture and Cabinetry program and the North Bennett Street School and frequent contributor to FWW magazine. Several free videos on his website with techniques.
The North Bennett Street School 150 North Street Boston, MA Nine Full Time programs. Offers a great selection of Continuing Education workshops anywhere from one day to three months. Founded in 1881, the premier school for those who want to embark on a career in craftsmanship
