JDS Ceiling Air Filter

Description

The JDS Air-Tech 2000 Ceiling Air Filter is a ceiling-mounted ambient air filtration system designed to remove fine airborne dust generated during woodworking operations. The unit continuously circulates shop air through a multi-stage filtration system, helping reduce suspended dust particles that are not captured by machine dust collection systems. It is designed to improve overall air quality and create a cleaner, safer woodworking environment.

Applications

  • Removing fine airborne wood dust from the shop.
  • Improving overall air quality during woodworking operations.
  • Reducing dust accumulation on tools, equipment, and work surfaces.
  • Supplementing dust collection systems connected directly to woodworking machines.
  • Filtering ambient air after sanding, sawing, routing, and planing operations.

  • Never operate the unit without the filters installed.
  • Keep the intake and exhaust openings free from obstructions.
  • Disconnect power before servicing or replacing filters.
  • Periodically inspect the ceiling mounting hardware to ensure the unit remains securely fastened.
